Welcome to Raj Tools & Stamping Pvt. Ltd., a renowned name in the press tools manufacturing industry. With a heritage of expertise, we specialize in sheet metal press tools that epitomize efficiency and excellence. We have been working to provide complete press tooling solutions.

We are a 11 years old ISO 9001:2015 Certified company that started in 2012 (1000 Sq.Ft Area with small sheet metal parts tooling, jigs and fixture) In 2024, our company exhibited steady growth, expanding to a 33,000 sq. ft. facility, and achieving a commendable turnover of 35 crores in the present year.

Right from Simulation, Designing, as well as supplying Tandem Tools, Transfer Tools, Progressive, Proto Tools & Parts & We have closely worked with most of the OEM's especially for the CAR segment & successfully completed many sheet metal products for National & International TATA Motors, MAHINDRA, BAJAJ, TVS, FIAT, VW, GODREJ Group etc.

Started with Small Sheet Metal Press Tools, Jigs & Fixtures Manufacturing Setup with 1000 Sq.ft area with small conventional setup.

 
2015

Shifted To 5000 Sq.ft Area & Medium Conventional Setup With 2 Mtr VMC & 250 Ton Press.

 
2018

Started Supplying To OEM Medium & Large Sheet Metal Parts Press Tools, Jigs & Fixtures Manufacturing We Expanded Our Setup to 11000 Sq.ft Area With Large Conventional setup, 500 Ton Press 3 Mtr VMC Machine with Design Setup.

 
2020

We Expanded Our Setup to 22000 Sq.Ft Manufacturing Setup With Large Press Machines 1200 & 800 Ton, Wire Cut Machine 700*500 Sodick Make, Pam-stamp For Simulation With Expert Design Team) We Have 100% In-house Tooling Facilities.
